ABOUT US

Accelerate Behavioral Health provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children with special needs. ABH is made up of highly skilled professionals who are dedicated to providing quality services to our patients and an engaging environment for our employees. ABH provides services in homes, schools, and the communities of Orlando, Florida, as well as Northern Colorado.

 

MARY STRITTMAN, PH.D., BCBA-D - EXECUTIVE ABA DIRECTOR

Dr. Strittman is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Doctoral, who has been working in the ABA field since 2011. She completed her doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where she currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty member and Postdoctoral Fellow. She has experience working with individuals 1-21 years with Autism, Down syndrome, ADHD, Prader Willi syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and Epilepsy. She has provided ABA services in homes, schools, clinics, and community-based settings. Areas of clinical interest include functional communication, teaching daily living skills, and promoting autonomy for clients.

MICHELLE LOAIZA, M.A., BCBA

Michelle Loaiza is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has her Bachelor's degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Health Communication from Rollins College along with her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Clinical Science from Rollins College, an ABAI accredited program. She started working as a behavior technician in 2017 within a clinic setting. She later transitioned to school and in-home settings while completing her BCBA coursework at Rollins College. Her experience ranges from people ages 2-18 years and she has worked with individuals with Autism, TBI , ADHD, and Cerebral Palsy. Michelle has a strong interest in the assessment of behavior along with conducting behavioral programs for independent living skills, functional communication, social skills, and physical activity.

KASI RUBIN, M.S., HSA - OPERATIONS MANAGER

Kasi Rubin is an experienced and dedicated healthcare management professional. She graduated from the University of North Florida with a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences and immediately went on to the University of Central Florida where she obtained her M.S. in Health Services Administration. Kasi's passion lies in continuity of care. It is with her knowledge and background in both the clinical and administrative aspects of healthcare delivery, that she hopes to transform the way people view and approach healthcare delivery. Kasi strongly believes that continuity of care coupled with process improvement initiatives is the key to achieving positive clinical outcomes. Kasi dedicates herself to providing a positive experience for patients and their families.
